Downtown AnnapolisEven if you aren’t a dedicated shopper year-round, almost everyone enjoys heading out to scout the Black Friday deals each year.

But don’t limit yourself to the big-box stores with crazy crowds and a sometimes limited stock of on-sale items. Shop outside the box at one of our favorite Annapolis shopping destinations:

  1. Annapolis Towne Centre

Like the name suggests, Annapolis Towne Centre is a shopping destination laid out like a small town. Stroll down the sidewalks and check out stores like Anthropologie, Brooks Brothers, Ethan Allan, Restoration Hardware and much, much more.

  1. Arundel Mills

No shopping list would be complete without mentioning an outlet mall. If you’re looking for holiday deals, check out Arundel Mills Mall. Bargain hunt at outlet stores for Calvin Klein, Nine West and Nike Factory Store, as well as traditional stores – more than 200 total!

  1. Westfield Mall

If you’re looking for the traditional mall experience (Santa included), the Westfield Annapolis Mall is the place to go. Here you’ll find department stores like Lord & Taylor and Macy’s, as well as specialty shops like Pandora, Abercrombie & Fitch and Charlotte Russe.

  1. Boutique Stores Downtown

Finally, head downtown to Main Street and the Maryland Avenue area for unique shops you just won’t find anywhere else. Some of the shops of note include Blue Crab Antiques, Paws Pet Boutique, Zachary’s Jewelers, Caribbean outfitter Cariloha Annapolis, and A.L. Goodies General Store.
