Easter Egg Hunt WH

Can you believe that Easter is almost here? It seems that 2015 is just flying by, but you’ve still got time to plan Easter events you family will always remember.

Maybe you’re looking for a chance to introduce your kids to the “Easter Bunny” – and even get some cherished photos, too. Or, perhaps the family would enjoy an egg hunt or even a spring or Easter festival.

Whatever you’re looking for, Maryland is sure to have it to offer. Below, we’ve rounded up a hearty list of Easter activities so you can make those holiday memories now:

8th Annual PEEPshow

March 27-April 6. Wacky marshmallow masterpieces created by local artists, families, businesses, and community groups. 10am-7pm.Carroll Arts Center, Westminster.


April 3. Miniature golf egg hunt, making a craft, dying Easter eggs and more. The Easter Bunny will abe on hand for photos at an additional cost. For children 3-12. $5-6. Noon-2pm. Patuxent Community Center, Upper Marlboro.

Mary Sue Candies Bunny BonanZoo

April 3-5. Games, activities, crafts and egg hunts. Free with $13-18 admission. 10am-2pm. Maryland Zoo, Baltimore.

Eggcellent Adventure

April 3-4. Hunt for candy filled easter eggs, crafts, animals, ropes course and more. Registration required. $35 11:15am and 3:15pm. Terrapin Adventures, Savage. 301-725-1313,

Hopping for a Cure! 5K and 10K

April 4. 5K and 10K race to raise funds for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. $30-40. 8am. Under the Kent Narrows Bridge, Chester.

The Easter Tea

April 4. Tea, performances by the Maryland Ballet Theatre, professional photos with the Easter Bunny and Easter egg hunt. $40-45. 10am. Loews Annapolis Hotel, Annapolis.

Easter Egg Roll

Easter Sunrise Service

Easter Sunday Early Brunch Cruise

April 5. Buffet, DJ entertainment, dancing and more. $37.95-49.50. 10:30am and 1:30pm. Spirit Cruises, Baltimore, Inner Harbor.

White House Easter Egg Roll

April 6. Roll colored hard-boiled egg across White House lawn and participate other festivities. Must have at least one child under 12 to attend. Tickets distributed via online lottery. Free. 8am-5pm. White House South Lawn, Washington, D.C.
