Mountain Yoga Studio in Pasadena offers classes for all levels in a welcoming, small setting. The instructors have decades of experience and provide individualized guidance.
The studio offers a variety of classes, including level 1 and level 2 yoga, sound therapy, tai chi, and meditation and relaxation. Regulars at the studio say that the instructors are knowledgeable, but are laid-back and friendly. They carry themselves in a way that makes them easily approachable — which is not always the case at high-quality yoga studios.
The studio attracts people of all shapes and sizes, and you’ll feel comfortable regardless of where you are in your yoga journey. There are only 10 to 12 people in each class, so you’ll get one-on-one attention from the instructor.
You can choose to enroll in a 12-week session, or drop in for a single class for $20. Classes are offered at a variety of different times, including evenings and weekends. Massage therapy and reiki — a form of alternative healing that uses light touch — are also available.
